This onsite, part-time Caregiver – In-Home Care position is in Lebanon, TN, with care provided in clients’ homes. Pay is $14 per hour starting base rate; eligible caregivers with an active Tennessee CNA certification may receive a $1-per-hour premium, and specified overnight hours may receive a $1-per-hour shift differential. Senior Solutions Home Care supports seniors and individuals with disabilities with one-on-one home care. The caregiver helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life through personal care, companionship, daily living assistance, and other authorized tasks. Caregivers follow client needs and individualized schedules, communicate with families and the office team, and may serve one or multiple clients during shifts ranging from two to 12 hours.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, and activities of daily living
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders and authorized transfers
• provide transportation and errands as needed and authorized
• communicate with clients, families, and the office team.
