What you'll do

• Coordinate daily maintenance and work orders in the CMMS
• supervise, schedule, coach, and train maintenance personnel
• perform and oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment and facility systems
• coordinate emergency repairs, contractors, inspections, and renovations
• ensure safety and environmental compliance
• support facility programs and audits
• provide on-call, after-hours, weekend, or emergency support as required.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma, five years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment, and three or more years leading or supervising maintenance personnel. Associate degree and CMRP are preferred. Must be eligible to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
