What you'll do

• Identify property operations and maintenance needs and implement recurring services or projects
• assemble and manage service vendors and competitively bid contracts
• develop operating and capital budgets
• manage operations under approved budgets and property management agreements
• oversee capital expenditure projects, bids, contracts, onsite coordination, and financial oversight
• conduct site inspections
• support leasing, tenant permitting, construction, and openings
• prepare reporting with Asset Management and Accounting
• coordinate internal workflows
• mentor Assistant Property Managers where applicable.
