What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including HMCs and VMCs
• perform tooling changes, work-offset adjustments, and first-piece inspections
• interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications
• manufacture precision components
• conduct in-process inspections
• adjust tooling and programs
• troubleshoot machining issues
• monitor tool life and process improvements
• complete production and quality documentation
• collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production.

Why this role

Three or more years of CNC machining experience and hands-on milling setup and operation are required. Preferred experience includes multi-axis machining, CNC programming, G-code editing, CAM software, and listed control systems. Shifts include Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, or Sunday–Thursday 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.
