Senior Project Manager – Data Center Network Owner’s Representative

The Senior Project Manager – Data Center Network Owner’s Representative is an onsite role in Amarillo, TX, with required Monday–Friday site presence; requirements may change with client needs. Compensation is not specified. The role supports a key client’s data center retrofit and upgrade program. The project manager serves as the campus-level liaison for network infrastructure and security-related owner teams, taking end-to-end ownership of network project deliverables. The work coordinates owners, contractors, schedules, procurement, construction reviews, and fiber and cabling delivery to support successful project execution.

What you'll do

• Coordinate communications between the owner and networking contractors
• manage timelines and vendor training
• conduct weekly construction progress and quality site walks and field safety walks
• support EH&S compliance
• capture owner needs and stakeholder expectations
• coordinate structured fiber kickoff and review BPR/SR and priority panels for OSP and ISP fiber
• review schedules and milestones
• develop scope and issue RFPs
• review materials lists and coordinate purchases
• manage server-floor cabling delivery through network contractors.
