Maintenance Technician — Industrial Process Plant

The Maintenance Technician — Industrial Process Plant role is onsite in Garland, TX. Pay is $29.50–$35 per hour. The position supports Texas Precision Plating, also identified as DFW Anodize and Metal Finishing, in maintaining its finishing lines and facility systems. The technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoots plant equipment to reduce downtime and maintain safe, reliable operations. The role also supports environmental-control systems, equipment improvements, and process-instrument calibration.

What you'll do

• Maintain tanks, pumps, filters, heaters, chillers, rectifiers, hoists, and conveyors
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic issues
• maintain ventilation, scrubbers, wastewater, and environmental-control equipment
• update maintenance records, PM schedules, and spare-parts lists
• follow lockout/tagout, confined-space, and chemical safety procedures
• support installations, line changes, and facility improvements
• maintain calibration status of assigned process-control instruments.

Why this role
