What you'll do

• Perform rapid triage for patients from neonates to geriatric patients
• conduct hourly department rounds and half-hour waiting-room checks
• develop and execute nursing care plans aligned with ENA standards and facility protocols
• recognize changes in patient status and manage acute complications
• direct safety-focused interventions
• educate patients and families about treatment, discharge instructions, and referrals
• document comprehension.

Why this role
