What you'll do

• Coordinate school-age childcare programs, including before- and after-school care, day camp, and kids’ day out
• develop activities
• support assigned site operations
• train and direct personnel and volunteers
• meet YMCA and Wisconsin licensing standards
• maintain facilities, records, and relationships with schools, parents, and agencies.

Why this role

Monday through Friday availability is required from 6:00–8:45 a.m. and 2:45–6:00 p.m. CPR/AED and First Aid certification is preferred and required within 30 days of hire; child-care teacher qualification is required or must be obtained within three months.
