What you'll do

• Lead center operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• drive sales through guest engagement, event execution, and marketing
• build and develop teams
• set performance expectations and monitor sales, operations, and guest satisfaction
• manage P&L, labor, cost of goods, inventory, and cost controls
• keep the facility, attractions, kitchen, bar, and event spaces clean, operational, and guest-ready.
