What you'll do

• Disassemble, clean, and sanitize manufacturing equipment
• clean and maintain the manufacturing environment
• learn and perform equipment changeovers and reassembly
• document sanitation tasks
• report issues to the sanitation team leader
• and follow safety, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and standard operating procedures while using required personal protective equipment.
