What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical operations and supervise clinical support staff
• ensure appropriate patient assessment and treatment
• assess clinical processes and outcomes for quality improvement
• support compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Health Center Program requirements
• collaborate on policies, procedures, and quality plans
• analyze patient, quality, provider, and productivity data and prepare reports
• assist with clinical staff recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and evaluation.
