What you'll do

• Serve as the plant’s primary finance leader and partner with the Plant Manager
• provide financial analysis and recommendations
• lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with the CFO
• develop financial models and KPIs
• analyze variances and monitor revenue, margins, labor efficiency, and overhead
• oversee standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost accounting improvements
• manage financial statements and close processes
• maintain controls and coordinate audits
• evaluate capital expenditures and ROI
• support cross-functional initiatives
• develop the finance team.
