What you'll do

• Manage technical support for assigned vessels under applicable class, flag, statutory, company, and ISM/SMS requirements
• plan maintenance, repairs, dry-dockings, and surveys
• monitor vessel performance
• manage vessel budgets and explain variances
• visit vessels and prepare condition reports
• lead shipboard safety meetings
• coach and mentor Chief Engineers
• partner with HSQE, Crewing, Operations, and Procurement
• support audits and incident investigations.
