The Intensive Behavioral Health Services Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA. Compensation is $65,000 to $72,000 per year. The position supports Dunbar Wellness Group’s Intensive Behavioral Health Services program for children, adolescents, and families in the Greater Philadelphia area. The supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight to help staff deliver evidence-based behavioral health services while meeting Pennsylvania IBHS, Community Behavioral Health, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency requirements. The role also supports staff development, documentation quality, and coordinated care with families and community partners.

What you'll do

  • Provide individual and group supervision to behavioral consultants, mobile therapists, behavioral health technicians, and interns
  • mentor and consult on cases and treatment planning
  • participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews
  • review and approve assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, safety plans, and discharge summaries
  • conduct chart audits and documentation reviews
  • monitor authorizations and service utilization
  • support audits and quality improvement
  • coordinate with families, schools, physicians, and community partners.
