What you'll do

• Prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes
• serve food using portion control procedures
• cook food to proper temperatures and complete checklists and logs
• assist with inventory and receiving deliveries
• coordinate menus and special requests with the Executive Chef or Chef Manager
• follow safe food handling procedures and therapeutic or mechanically altered diet guidelines as required
• perform scheduled cleaning tasks.
