The Physical Therapist (PT), Med/Surg is an onsite role based in Warwick, RI. The pay range is $39.00 - $48.00 per hour, supporting the Inpatient Rehabilitation unit at Kent Hospital. This role exists to evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility and function. The Physical Therapist contributes to the team by maintaining close communication with interdisciplinary staff and families to ensure continuity of care and effective follow-through on therapeutic goals.

What you'll do

• Evaluates patient conditions, develops individualized treatment plans, and guides patients through progressive rehabilitation to restore mobility and function.
• Communicates with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Documents all patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Upholds all professional, ethical, and legal standards in alignment with the Company's Code of Business Conduct.
