What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC malfunctions
• respond to service orders, emergency building maintenance calls, and after-hours calls
• document work orders, hours, and receipts
• monitor HVAC inventory and expenses
• review system operations
• report maintenance concerns
• coordinate with outside contractors
• perform quality follow-up and other maintenance tasks as requested.
