Lead Concierge

What you'll do

• Lead by example as the property’s concierge representative
• facilitate communication between the property manager and concierge team
• provide anticipatory service and address resident concerns
• meet weekly with the property manager
• manage team schedules and weekly payroll
• hold monthly staff and one-on-one meetings
• coach performance and enforce accountability
• develop and implement standard operating procedures
• foster a positive work culture
• enforce uniform and grooming standards
• participate in regional director calls
• handle packages, monitor cameras, patrol the property, assist with amenity requests, and escort individuals as needed.
