What you'll do

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily operations and Service Team activities
• complete resident service requests
• perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and general repairs
• prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain tools, parts, and supplies
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• document work orders
• assist with move-out inspections
• participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours emergencies
• remove snow and ice when required
• support and train team members.
