What you'll do

• Manage receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
• lead and develop a team of 50+ associates and supervisors
• coordinate warehouse workload with transportation
• monitor inventory and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams
• oversee building and equipment maintenance
• enforce safety standards and operating procedures
• collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service
• address stock shortages and customer needs.
