Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete apartment turnovers and maintenance work orders
• secure building and apartment doors
• provide courteous service in occupied apartments
• assist with preventive maintenance and appliance repairs
• report property repair needs
• help maintain tools and supplies
• keep maintenance areas organized
• assist with snow removal
• respond to after-hours emergencies as part of the on-call schedule.
