What you'll do

• Lead Emergency Department operations and clinical services
• oversee quality, patient safety, staffing, productivity, and financial performance
• manage employee relations, performance, conflict resolution, and engagement
• oversee scheduling, payroll, recruitment, retention, onboarding, and staff development
• monitor budgets and resource use
• maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance
• manage contracts and vendor relationships
• evaluate equipment and supply needs
• integrate evidence-based practices
• collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, executives, and clinical departments.
