The caregiver provides personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal support, and light housekeeping according to personalized care plans. The role also observes and reports changes in clients’ conditions to the agency team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• provide companionship
• assist with meal preparation and feeding
• perform light housekeeping
• follow care plans
• report changes in condition.
