The role exists to ensure the cleaning and upkeep of all resilient flooring and carpets throughout the community. The Floor Technician manages cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain an aesthetically pleasing and safe environment for residents.

What you'll do

• Strip, seal, and wax all resilient flooring installed throughout the campus.
• Mop, buff, burnish, and restore flooring as scheduled or as needed.
• Clean, vacuum, and maintain all carpeting installed throughout community.
• Prepare carpeting for spot treatments, extraction, shampooing or bonnet cleaning as scheduled or needed.
• Organize and keep inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Keep all department equipment clean and in good operating condition.
