What you'll do

• Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis
• assist clients with daily living activities and skill development
• monitor and document behavior and progress
• collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on treatment strategies
• support therapy sessions
• educate clients and families about behavioral health strategies
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
