The Oral Surgery Dental Assistant role is onsite in Kenosha, WI, with the full-time schedule also covering the Franklin clinic. Compensation is $20–$26 per hour. The role supports Dental Associates’ Oral Surgery department at its Franklin and Kenosha clinics. The assistant supports providers during examinations and surgery, helps patients understand treatment, and completes clinical and operatory tasks. This work contributes to patient care and efficient oral surgery operations in coordination with providers and other dental team members.

What you'll do

• Assist providers during examinations, complex treatment, and surgery
• explain procedures and support patient understanding
• help update medical histories
• assist with patient education
• take blood pressure, X-rays, and radiographs
• monitor oxygen during nitrous or IV administration
• make impressions and fabricate crowns as instructed
• prepare clinical notes and records
• prepare and sterilize operatories
• order dental supplies
• provide coverage for Dental Services Representatives as needed.

Why this role

Full-time schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with Mondays and Tuesdays in Kenosha and Wednesdays and Thursdays in Franklin; travel between clinics is required. Part-time Franklin schedule is Wednesday and Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
