The role supports store readiness, food safety, training, and accurate transactions during opening, closing, and regular operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate crew members during shifts
• model customer service
• prepare and serve ice cream products
• open or close the store using procedures and checklists
• monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
• train new team members
• handle cash, POS transactions, and basic shift reporting.
