What you'll do

• Prepare cannabis material for processing
• communicate batch requirements and quality issues
• monitor production and record technician data
• label, weigh, sort, and batch material
• prepare testing batches and record METRC IDs
• coordinate with Supply Chain
• coach technicians and support production targets
• maintain supplies and equipment
• oversee cleaning, safety, and PPE practices.
