What you'll do

• Organize and direct fresh departments
• manage fresh counter leaders and staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, evaluation, and termination
• maintain appealing displays and merchandising
• analyze financial data and develop sales and profitability strategies
• coordinate with culinary and kitchen teams on production needs
• purchase food, beverages, supplies, and equipment
• oversee cleaning and maintenance to Department of Health standards
• document, investigate, escalate, and resolve employee and guest incidents.
