What you'll do

• Build customer relationships from service write-up through vehicle delivery
• prepare estimates and explain repair and maintenance recommendations
• help customers make informed service decisions
• manage repair orders and coordinate workflow with technicians
• communicate with customers by phone, email, and text
• coordinate parts
• perform final quality-control inspections and job-related test drives
• support shop performance goals.
