Finance Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare the annual budget plan and plan-versus-actual and forecast analyses
• perform month-end expense analysis and forecasting
• upload data to the HQ MOSAIC page
• prepare financial reports
• submit vendor invoices through N-ERP/SAP
• support R&D tax credit preparation
• set up investment plans and analyze depreciation
• reconcile budget discrepancies
• coordinate office space planning and resource headcount reporting
• support vendor onboarding and termination requests.
