What you'll do

• Conduct cold calls, email, and use LinkedIn for prospecting and meeting setup
• source and nurture customer relationships
• build and manage loads in the transportation management system
• participate in sales presentations with a Sales Coach
• assist with dashboards and shadow sales leadership
• support shipment scheduling, tracking, follow-up, and operations coordination
• maintain account and shipment records.
