This position supports the Argonne Leadership Computing Facility (ALCF) by providing technical leadership for high-performance computing storage infrastructure. This role exists to oversee the operation, administration, and maintenance of disk storage and file systems for supercomputing resources. The team lead drives the design and planning for future upgrades, mentors staff on emerging storage technologies, and ensures the performance and reliability of storage solutions at a multi-petabyte scale.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering

Experience

Master's degree and 6+ years or Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience
