Enterprise Sales Manager

Job overview

The Enterprise Sales Manager role is onsite in Syracuse, NY. The annual base salary is $80,000–$100,000, with on-target total earnings of $200,000–$250,000. CXtec supports enterprises with IT infrastructure hardware lifecycle services and sustainable IT strategies. The manager leads and coaches sales representatives while aligning team execution with company growth plans. The role develops territory and account strategies, monitors pipeline and performance, and coordinates with leadership and other departments to support customer growth.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives
• work with the VP of Sales on strategic growth plans
• develop market and target-customer strategies
• monitor pipeline and forecast to leadership
• coach prospecting, negotiation, qualification, and closing
• develop territory and account plans
• engage customers
• identify hiring needs and support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• track sales measures
• coordinate with other departments, training, and marketing.
