Outdoor Education Manager

What you'll do

• Lead logistics, scheduling, facilitation, coordination, and registration for the Summer Green Team and Canopy Classroom programs
• hire program participants
• train and supervise staff
• communicate with partners
• ensure curriculum and risk protocols are followed
• track staff and participant hours and completed work
• manage supplies and evaluations
• request permits
• support family nature events and program marketing
• create lesson plans as needed
• support the Director of Education.

Why this role
