Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Manage approximately 13 independent representative organizations
• set expectations and performance objectives
• develop sales growth plans and forecasts
• review pipelines and corrective actions
• advance opportunities through design win and production
• develop key accounts
• travel for representative and customer meetings
• train representatives on sales processes and CRM
• coordinate with internal sales and technical teams.
