What you'll do

• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• maintain knowledge of bank products and services
• process account openings and closings, funds transfers, stop payments, safe deposit box requests, and ATM and debit card inquiries
• resolve problems and identify customer needs
• refer customers to other bank business lines
• coordinate with the office manager, branch team, and other departments
• process transactions accurately
• maintain customer confidentiality and follow bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
