What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
• maintain the dish room and dish machine
• operate dish machines and pot sinks to specifications
• measure detergent and sanitizer
• maintain and calibrate equipment to sanitation codes
• sweep and mop
• restock items
• remove garbage and recyclables
• clean and sanitize machines and sinks at shift end.
