What you'll do

• Organize bid items and activities
• complete quantity takeoffs and develop pricing
• interpret plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• maintain cost and pricing data
• coordinate estimates with the estimating team
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• visit project sites and attend pre-bid meetings
• develop preliminary construction schedules.
