What you'll do

• Answer calls and provide leasing information
• schedule tours
• greet prospects, show apartments, collect and explain applications and deposits, and prepare leases and move-in packets
• review community information with residents and complete move-in inventories
• conduct outreach marketing and weekly market surveys
• support resident retention and events
• assist with office upkeep and work-order follow-up.
