What you'll do

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• recruit and retain W-2 Solution Consultants
• coach and support a team of 12–15
• serve as a product and pricing specialist
• lead sales training topics
• partner across departments and with Sales Success and recruiting teams
• evaluate consultant performance
• provide real-time deal-closing support
• contribute to the Sales Leadership Council
• exercise independent judgment and sound financial decision-making.
