This role exists to inspire the team to deliver an exceptional athlete experience in Sport & Outdoor through expert product knowledge and strong selling leadership. The Team Captain coaches teammates, drives sales performance, and ensures athletes find the right gear for their sport.

What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote company programs including loyalty, warranty, and credit card enrollment.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day business plans.
• Supervise teammates, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
