What you'll do

• Plan and manage CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS/MMS, and app messaging
• coordinate campaign deliverables and calendars
• review performance and recommend improvements
• support testing initiatives and automation
• follow consumer-data and communications requirements
• manage project schedules and creative review
• test campaigns before deployment
• monitor email program health
• serve as a contact for customer support inquiries related to CRM initiatives.
