What you'll do

• Develop implementation plans and client configurations
• provide remote and on-site training and end-user support
• coordinate data migration, content development, interfaces, enrollment, and billing configuration
• create workflow-based training guides and lead group and individual sessions
• audit tickets, assign tasks, mentor junior team members, and address escalated client issues.
