What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional project teams and maintain accountability for scope, timing, cost, quality, and delivery
• apply and coach teams on the Whirlpool Product Development process
• connect project execution to business outcomes
• lead early-stage advanced development projects
• translate strategy into project plans and recommendations
• anticipate and resolve risks
• align stakeholders and decision ownership
• improve ways of working using Lean and continuous improvement methods
• travel to supplier sites 1–2 times per year for project oversight, quality assurance, and production reviews.
