Bereavement Coordinator — Hospice

What you'll do

• Coordinate assessment and delivery of one-to-one, group, and ongoing grief support
• provide bereavement information and referrals to community callers
• maintain community resource information
• participate in hospice education and personnel meetings
• organize annual memorial services
• oversee mailings, calls, and visits to families and caregivers
• function as part of the interdisciplinary team
• attend annual continuing education on dying and grief.
