• process and review invoices, expense reports, subcontractor payments, and vendor disbursements
• verify job-cost coding
• reconcile vendor statements
• support subcontractor compliance documentation
• lead and develop AP personnel
• improve workflows and reporting
• assist with financial close, accruals, reconciliations, audits, and tax reporting.
