Associate Counsel

What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements

• support manufacturing, supply chain, product, and operational matters
• assist with corporate governance and filings
• support ethics, compliance, and regulatory initiatives
• assist with litigation and disputes
• provide employment-law support
• conduct legal research and training.
