What you'll do

• Lead camp operations and coordinate staffing, shift coverage, procedures, resources, and around-the-clock readiness
• direct Camp Managers and functional leaders
• serve as senior onsite client contact and report on operations
• oversee resident services and service recovery
• hold subcontractors and service partners accountable
• oversee maintenance, work orders, inspections, and emergency response
• manage budgets, labor plans, procurement, inventory, and cost controls
• lead emergency preparedness, compliance, incident response, and business continuity
• use inspections, data, resident feedback, and client input to drive improvement.
