Systems Engineer (TS/SCI)

The Systems Engineer (TS/SCI) is an onsite, full-time role in Annapolis Junction, MD. Compensation is not specified. STEMBoard supports critical national missions, and this position supports the ISEE program. As the contract's most senior systems engineering role, this engineer handles exceptionally complex work across disciplines and organizations. The role provides technical leadership for requirements, architecture, integration, and implementation, while guiding government and vendor leaders and maintaining the technical integrity of deliverables.

What you'll do

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements
• lead design and development across organizations
• guide requirements formulation and feasibility studies
• integrate requirements, design, and technology across the enterprise
• develop architecture and design documentation
• guide systems engineering and integration/test planning
• direct contractor and subcontractor teams
• monitor performance across disciplines and resolve issues
• advise government and vendor technical leaders
• maintain technical integrity of deliverables.
